ChengEn factory provide traditional machining service to produce various precision parts and components. Our manufacturing team can fabricate parts from 1/8” to 2” solid bar, up to 1-3/4” hex, as well as forgings and castings. With special attachment being installed, complex features can be processed, like milling, slotting, cross milling, etc. With part size capabilities ranging from 5mm to 1500mm (13/64” to 60”), we also base our machining tolerances on customers’ specifications to ensure we meet all of their needs.

Our Swiss Machining capabilities allow us to accurately machine small, intricate parts in a variety of complex shapes, with tolerances of 0.00020" (0.005mm) and a diameter range of 0.005”~1.5” (0.1mm~ 38mm).
